My Story
Most people that you meet for the first time will ask “what do you do”? I prefer to lead with, “so tell me a little about yourself”.…Here’s me.
I was born and raised in Dayton Ohio or “OG” as I’ve been called by my family. My parents were divorced when I was quite young so, like most, I depended heavily on my family and friends for emotional support growing up. I Graduated from Meadowdale High School in 1982.
Living in North Dayton I thrived in a very diverse community and learned that people are not to be judged by the color of their skin or their socio-economic background, but by their character. Having been discovered at an early age to have the mad skills of drawing anything to precision, my dad enrolled me in one of the greatest design schools in the state. I graduated from the Cincinnati Academy of Commercial Art with a Visual Communications degree and was quickly hired at Carlson Marketing Group in Downtown Dayton as a graphic designer for incentive marketing.
I Married at 25 to my next door neighbor and we have been married for 34 years. I have 4 kids, 1 by marriage, 3 together and 11 grandkids. They range from 6 months to 18 years old. I accepted Jesus Christ into my life in 1989 and I have been serving Him throughout my walk by putting my faith into action. You can read more about this under the ministry page.
I am a third generation entrepreneur with 30+ years in the marketing, sales & technology industry and an early pioneer in the web/internet business. I have owned and operated several small businesses and employed dozens of professionals in the communications space. More recently I launched a social media platform with a partner. PureSocial Network & PureSocial TV was developed to combat fake news and hold the journalistic community accountable for false reporting. It quickly grew into a network of 25,000 people almost overnight. The Platform just switched over to our latest venture Crowdscore, you can sign up and support us with your monthly donations here. I also spent two years traveling the country with my national podcast “PureTalk”. You can see some of the interviews here:Having spent a good portion of my time in community wide outreach, I quickly moved into supporting people that shared the same values that I hold dear. Family, faith and traditional biblical values. The very things our country was founded on. Our founding fathers and the writers of the declaration of independence and the US Constitution had shared beliefs and Godly values that inspired and motivated them to create a better world. For example. we would not have schools, hospitals, non-profit charity organizations or laws if it wasn’t for the Bible and Godly Christian writers. With that, I spend time helping my state endorse candidates with constitutionally conservative values. I am the State Director of Ohio for Restore Liberty.
